As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for an Account Executive (SMB) - Swedish Market to drive new business growth and nurture client relationships so that we can expand our presence and impact in the Swedish SMB segment.

As our new Account Executive (SMB), you will be part of our Business Sales team, reporting to Joakim Jensen, Sales Manager. The team currently comprises passionate individuals working from Copenhagen, focused on delivering exceptional sales performance and driving customer acquisition within the broader Commercial function, led by Mats Persson Bergius, Chief Commercial Officer.

What will you do?

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential SMB customers in Sweden.
  • Reach out to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell relevant services.
  • Conduct proactive outbound sales to potential new business clients.
  • Manage short sales cycles, typically closing deals via phone and one meeting.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Use CRM tools to track performance, analyze data, and optimize the sales process.
  • Provide insights to improve our sales strategy and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Proven sales experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, with a strong track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Sales-driven mindset: You thrive in a performance-oriented environment and are motivated by ambitious goals.
  • Strong communication skills: Outgoing, solution-oriented, and able to engage customers effectively.
  • Industry background: Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and sales analytics to optimize performance.
  • Language skills: Native-level Swedish and fluent English. Danish is a big plus!
  • Location: Must be based in Copenhagen and work from the office at least 4-5 days a week.
