Service Part Pricing Specialist
Grundfos
Are you ready to take on a new challenge as a Service Part Pricing Specialist?
At Grundfos, we believe in fostering a human-centric approach and talking at eye level. As a company, we are committed to innovation and sustainability, and we are looking for someone who shares our optimistic, can-do spirit.
What is the job about?
As a Service Part Pricing Specialist, your main responsibility is to develop and maintain a structured and market-relevant pricing model for Service Parts. You will ensure a pricing structure that balance profitability while staying attractive to the market and in relation to the related product. Additionally, you will engage in strategic and development projects to ensure compliance with the model across the Service Part portfolio, aligning with overall pricing policy and divisional aftermarkets requirements.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an overall strategic Pricing Model, including operational tools and alignment with key stakeholders.
- Deliver project operational tasks, mainly within data analysis and commercial evaluation of Grundfos reference prices according to the Pricing model.
Your background:
- A commercial or technical education or similar background.
- Strong experience in a commercial role (3-5 years).
- The ability to exercise attitude and independence in assignments.
- The ability to influence others outside of your own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
- Strong and broad technical understanding, preferably within the pump industry.
- English language skills for technical communication (speaking/writing).
What’s in it for you?
You’ll be an invaluable part of our global team, a diverse network of pioneers guiding others in seeing possibilities, not problems. You’ll be instrumental in spreading our optimistic, can-do attitude to advance global innovation and a clear sense of purpose, embodying our six core values, guiding our colleagues in living them day by day, and making a difference in global projects. We support you in navigating your own career and development path, offering you tools to hone your leadership craft, both within your field and to broaden your interest or expertise in areas such as diversity & inclusion, coaching, and culture.
In addition, your day-to-day benefits include:
- A diverse, inclusive environment with employee-led forums offering colleagues a safe place to connect and share openly.
- Flexible working hours and up to 3 days’ additional paid leave for volunteering.
- Annual bonuses, health insurance, parental support, internal well-being consultants, and programs.
- Access to the modern Grundfos Academy to pursue further both personal and professional development.
