Welcome to Process Excellence and Strategy
You’ll be part of the Process Excellence Business Partner team where you, together with your colleagues, will work across different business units to enhance process governance, facilitate workshops, and implement best practices.
As a team, we are dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You’ll play an important role in:
- mapping and analyzing business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- facilitating workshops to engage stakeholders in process optimization
- collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations
- implementing new processes and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- supporting the continuous evolution of our management system to meet organizational goals.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience in process management and optimization
- possess excellent communication skills and can engage with diverse stakeholders
- are skilled in facilitating workshops and have a strong analytical mindset
- have proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Miro, management systems etc.
- are adaptable and open to evolving practices and new ideas
- have an independent and proactive mindset, taking initiative and managing tasks effectively.
