About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer & Researcher for our first dedicated product design position, spearheading User Experience and Research within Secomea. As we’re investing heavily in rebuilding our user interface on a new technical foundation, we have the unique opportunity to change how our users interact with our products fundamentally. Reporting directly to the CPO, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, data-driven, and delightful user experiences for our B2B SaaS product in the OT cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Own UX and Research Foundations – Define UX principles, design system, and research methodologies that scale
• Lead UX Strategy for our product (Secomea Prime) - Shape the vision and execution of our new UI, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
• Prototype and Design – Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback together with our frontend developers
• End-to-End UX & Research – Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, develop personas and journey mapping
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations and design in close collaboration with the product management and engineering teams
• Champion User-Centered Design – Advocate for user needs in product development and establish a culture of design thinking.
• Work in close collaboration with our UI-developers to ensure high impact solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• We’re looking for someone with the ability to seamlessly transition from high-level strategy to execution and actively contributes to making it happen
• 10+ years of experience in UX design and research, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and research impact.
• Proven experience establishing UX processes, design systems, and research methodologies from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
