Primary task and responsibilities

At Scoutz, we pride ourselves on making great software for our banks. From streamlining customer onboarding processes to optimizing credit workflows and enhancing digital experiences for bank customers, we are at the forefront of innovation in the banking industry. Our goal is simple: to empower our member banks with the technologies they need to thrive in the digital age. As a Software engineer at Scoutz, you will play a key role in:

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of our member bank
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support
• Be part of our agile setup, where you will be assigned to one of our awesome teams, where collaboration and innovation thrive highly

To succeed you will have:

• Solid experience with languages such as Java, JavaScript, C# or similar is expected
• Salesforce is our primary development platform, so knowledge of Salesforce is not a requirement, but a plus. If you do not know Salesforce, we will ensure all your training and onboarding
• An innovative problem-solving mindset that focuses on delivering continuously incremental value to our member banks
• We emphasize close alignment with business needs and expect you to have a natural interest in understanding and addressing business requirements.
• It is especially important for us that you are a person with a positive attitude, a love for teamwork, and a passion for continuous learning
