(Senior) Client Specialist, Working Capital Technical Sales

As part of Danske Bank’s Forward ´28 strategy, we are growing our Working Capital Advisory & Finance organisation with additional people. Working Capital management is key for corporates to optimise their working capital, free up liquidity and manage their risk.

Be a part of the team
You will be part of Working Capital Advisory & Finance (WCA), which is the product specialist unit supporting Danske Bank’s largest customers with working capital solutions. We offer a wide range of solutions to our customers from Supply Chain Finance and Factoring to Invoice Discounting. Our team is today 14 people and growing with a diverse background with the shared vision of serving customers. WCA is part of Transaction Banking in Large Corporates & Institution but serves customer from the largest corporates to mid-sized across the Nordics countries.

In the role as (Senior) Client Specialist, you will among other things be responsible for:

• Key responsible for implementing customer solutions in close collaboration with the Sales responsible
• Handling of ongoing customer requests and support
• Offer insights for enhancements to way of working
• Sparring with WCA Sales on how to structure and implement new solutions

You will work close with your colleagues in WCA as well as other colleagues across the organisation. You will be a vital part of and the glue in the value chain that ensures that we deliver what we have promised our customers.

What you’ll need to thrive
We have two open positions, and we are looking for proactive candidates with a customer and service centric mindset. You are also diligent, detail-oriented and a team player, and over time, you will become and act as an expert on Working Capital.

Your qualifications:

• Experience within working capital, corporate banking, cash management or banking in general
• Experience from customer supporting roles
• Collaborative, motivated, proactive and open to new opportunities
• Fluency in a Nordic language and English is a requirement as we are a Nordic team who support clients in both local & English language.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Working Capital products, but it is not required. You could have other relatable experience within banking (Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Cash Management etc), from the wider financial sector, or you could be a recent graduate with a keen interest in Finance. The position is open to different levels of seniority, and if you can see yourself as a fit, we encourage you to apply. You will be joining a diverse and innovative team with different backgrounds and skillset. Our team is located across the Nordics so some travel will be expected.

You will have the flexibility of working from home, although we appreciate you to be present in the office 3-4 days per week.
