THE POSITION
The manager's primary purpose is to drive the development of efficient and innovative production methods and workflows within post-production for real estate. This will help to optimize the company's scalability, efficiency and quality, while creating value for both internal and external stakeholders. The objective is to reduce unit cost per quantity, enable limitless scalability, and improve the quality and consistency of delivered outputs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic management
- Research, develop, and implement a strategic vision for production systems: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop a clear and effective strategic vision for production method systems. Lead the implementation of this vision to enhance long-term production capabilities and align with organizational goals. Design and optimize production workflows that promote automation and efficiency

- Design and optimize production workflows for automation and efficiency: Create and refine production workflows that maximize automation, streamline processes, and increase overall efficiency. Focus on identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve productivity, and minimize operational costs

- Develop a framework for applying when etablishing standar pocessing times for products/variants

2. Project management (development)
- Lead multidisciplinary teams: Manage and guide cross- functional teams, including editors, technical experts, and quality specialists, through the development and implementation phases of new projects

- Coordinate research, development, and testing of production methods: Oversee and facilitate the collaboration between teams to research, develop, and test new or optimized production methods, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines

- Ensure smooth implementation of new methods: Coordinate all aspects of the implementation process to ensure seamless integration of new production methods into existing workflows, while minimizing disruption and ensuring operational continuity

- Quality assurance and documentation of new methods: Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes for new production methods, including the creation and maintenance of thorough documentation and data validation to prove effectiveness and reliability

3. E-learning development and implementation
- Lead the development of an e-learning academy: Spearhead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive e-learning academy, focusing on developing engaging, accessible, and high-quality training content to meet organizational needs

- Ensure a smooth transition to e-learning-based training: Oversee the transition from traditional training methods to a primarily e-learning-based approach, ensuring the process is seamless, efficient, and maximizes learner engagement and knowledge retention

4. Future proofing
- Conduct industry research and trend analysis: Perform in-depth research and analysis of emerging industry standards and trends to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve and maintains its competitive edge in the market

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years in Production, Innovation or related field
• Proven knowledge within Production, Innovation
• Project management, Strategy development
• Good English communication
• Experience working with overseas colleagues is a must
• Good leadership and project management
• A mature, professional and innovative mindset with an eye for detail and demonstrating knowledge of applying solutions for production/graphical purposes
• Strong drive and initiative, and ability to exercise decisive and independent judgment
• Willingness to take on extensive responsibilities and ability to handle and cope with deadlines and high working pressure

Working time: Monday - Friday, flexible working hour

Location: Han Viet Tower, 348 Kim Nguu, Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
