About the Role

Are you ready to elevate your career with one of the world's leading logistics companies? Maersk is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing finance team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior functional leaders, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to shaping financial processes and systems at Maersk.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Management and Partnering:
  • Act as a trusted and value-adding Finance Business Partner to senior leaders.
  • Own the end-to-end financial planning process, including forecasting, risk analysis, and business case development.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to assess financial performance and drive improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic product investments, resource allocation, and market expansion.
• Strategic Planning and Transformation:
  • Play an active role in finance and business transformation initiatives to optimize financial performance and processes.
  • Support Go-To-Market and Portfolio Strategies, ensuring alignment between product strategies and financial goals.
  • Collaborate on platform development and key operational priorities for Maersk’s business.
  • Participate in key projects (e.g., tech platform development, M&A integration) to define financial requirements and assess the impact of strategic decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years of finance business partnering experience, ideally within a global business environment.
• Expertise: Proven track record of driving financial performance improvements.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels.
• Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and dealing with ambiguity.
• Tools: Experience with financial planning platforms and analytics tools.
