Key Responsibilities:
The Markets Front Office Tribe is vital in providing Sales and Trading services for large corporates and institutions, ensuring efficient operations with high performance, compliance, security, and availability. The tribe consist of 11 squads with more than 110 people across Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, and India.

Your Role:
As a Student Software Engineer, you will join the “FX Pricing, Risk Management & ETrade” squad responsible for Danske Markets' top-tier e-FX Trading Platform and will:

• Understand the FX products, processes, services, and controls that underpin our daily operations and the bank’s offerings to business units and customers
• Develop solutions on a low latency, high availability and distributed platform supporting the fast-paced FX Trading business
• Develop your knowledge around Banking, FX Trading and the drivers shaping the industry today and in the future

About You:
We are looking for a student who:

• Has a can-do attitude with a focus on personal growth and development
• Is enrolled in a programme related to Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a similar field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates a clear desire to gain experience in banking or financial services through previous experience, relevant studies, or a strong ambition to learn.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the courage to share ideas and take ownership
• Is proficient in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus, but not a requirement
