Head of Business Development, Turkey and the Middle East Region

Gabriel, a world-leading supplier of furniture fabrics, is expanding in Turkey and the Middle East. We are looking for a dedicated sales expert to build strong local relationships and drive growth. The role involves working independently from a home office in Istanbul, with support from global colleagues, and reporting to the Sales Director of Spain, Turkey, and the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous business development and revenue growth.
- Create new business opportunities and develop existing customer relations.
- Identify and approach market-leading furniture manufacturers and other potential customers.
- Prepare and implement sales budgets and provide monthly reports on KPIs, sales statistics, and market intelligence.
Expectations:
- Experienced commercial profile with a growth mindset and a successful track record.
- Strong communication skills, also in English, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Passion for high-end products and design, with experience in the textile or furniture industry preferred.
- Strong business and industry expertise, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
