The Group Business Transformation team currently consists of 18 high-performing individuals well-balanced across project management, change management and process excellence capabilities.

About you
From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company. Whilst we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success.

These includes:

  • Proven track record with 3-5 years+ experience in strategy or business transformation, ideally within a management consultancy or a comparable role in a large, international corporation
  • Hold a master’s degree in business administration, strategy, leadership, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to break down complexity and communicate it to executive leaders and a large organization including structuring documents and quantitative analysis turning them into convincing storylines and presentations for the executive level
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems
  • Strong people skills and experience with leading project teams and engaging senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines: you work structured, know how to plan your own time, delivery and when/how to reach out for support

To excel in this role, your personal attributes are as important as your professional skills.
