We are looking for dedicated students in the final stages of their Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree to join Deloitte Finance Transformation in Aarhus as an Associate Analyst. In this role, you will work on both client and internal projects, collaborating closely with experienced Consultants and other Associate Analysts.

Your Team
Finance Transformation is part Deloitte Technology & Transformation (former Consulting) consisting of approximately 350 consultants who work across all areas of the CFO function. We engage with clients to advise, optimise, and operate their finance functions. Our clients range from private and public sectors, both domestic and international, across various industries and sizes. We have worked with many C25 companies and public institutions throughout our history.

Job Description

As an Associate Analyst, you will be exposed to a wide variety of assignments and development opportunities. We work adaptively with different approaches, project sizes, and across finance fields, but the foundation will always be our genuine passion for the CFO area and bringing value to our clients.

Examples of assignments and projects that our Associate Analysts have been part of include:

• Finance operations optimisation and outsourcing
• Enterprise performance management, including reporting and budgeting
• M&A readiness and finance post-merger integration
• Finance strategy and architecture
• Digitalisation of finance functions
• ERP-enabled finance transformations
• Global business services transformations
• Internal business development and support to the leadership team

Tailored assignments await to align with your strengths, preferences, and growth prospects. You will be assigned a personal Talent Manager, who will serve as your development coach.

We believe in leadership at all levels, fostering a culture that encourages you to take the lead at your specific development level. Over time, you will gain more autonomy in your tasks. This part-time position will provide you with invaluable experience within consulting and across finance fields, ultimately equipping the right candidate for a full-time consultant role in Finance Transformation.

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for students within the fields of finance, economics, business, accounting, IT & data, or similar areas. Most importantly, we value strong analytical skills and an eagerness to learn, combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality. At Technology & Transformation, we are a diverse group of employees, so fluency in English is required.

In addition, we expect you to have:

• Strong academic results for both your Bachelor's and Master's degree (if applicable)
• An interest in finance and all aspects under the CFO's responsibilities
• A profound interest in working as a consultant
• A flair for both oral and written communication
• An eagerness to make a difference for clients and colleagues

Additional Information
This is a part time position in which you can expect to work between 15 to 20 hours with a flexibility around exam season.
