“As an intern in the Arla Unika Marketing & Innovation team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our innovation processes and driving future product development. You’ll work closely with a team of passionate dairy lovers dedicated to crafting unique and inspiring products, while also gaining hands-on experience in marketing and communication," says Head of Marketing & Innovation, Frederic Viking.

How you will make an impact
You will become an integral part of our small and dynamic team, where you’ll get the chance to work on a variety of projects with a special focus on shaping the innovation framework for Arla Unika's future product pipeline. Additionally, you will support other ongoing marketing activities.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop innovation principles to guide future product development for Arla Unika.
• Compile a "ways of working" guide for innovation processes, covering considerations such as market insights, consumer trends, and product feasibility.
• Conduct research to identify key market data and trends that support pipeline optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align innovation strategies with business goals.
• Support ad hoc marketing activities such as product launches, communication tasks, and sales support.

What will make you successful
We are looking for an ambitious and curious marketing or business student with a passion for food and innovation. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience or interest in innovation processes and market research.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, including product development, branding, and digital marketing.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive business results.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Danish; Swedish language skills are a plus.
