Join B&O in this newly created role to establish a world class Talent Acquisition team through leading the development and implementation of successful hiring strategies, whilst ensuring the best possible candidate experience.

Based in Bang & Olufsen’s Singapore office, this position will oversee recruitment across our expanding APAC commercial and marketing teams, as well as have involvement in all aspects of Talent Acquisition globally.

Key responsibilities
Global Recruitment

• Management of full lifecycle recruitment processes for assigned functional areas, including everything from the initial contact to testing, interviewing and facilitating contracts.
• Be part of securing our long-term goals and building a pipeline of future candidates. Including employer branding activities, planning candidate events and developing sourcing strategies.
• Help strengthen our employee brand by actively contributing to projects such as building our Employee Value proposition and LinkedIn career page.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and People & Culture Business Partners to ensure the responsibilities and KPIs of a position is clear, using market intelligence to inform talent decision making processes.
• Support the writing of job descriptions and job adverts.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring timely feedback is given to candidates.
• Ensuring a high level of recruitment service and professionalism to the organisation, but also to our candidates.
• Uploading positions onto our internal applicant tracking system (ATS), Bang & Olufsen career page and other relevant job-boards and social media platforms.

What you bring
We are imaging that you have a minimum of 2-3 years experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from either an agency or inhouse environment. You will be the trusted advisor for management, and you therefore bring great stakeholder management skills with you.

Moreover, you bring:

• Experience working with a candidate database or in-house ATS.
• Experience recruiting positions in marketing, sales, retail and head office – ideally within an international luxury retail brand.
• Experience headhunting passive talent through channels such as LinkedIn
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with running Employee branding activities

The TA team is part of the wider People & Culture function at B&O; 20+ people based across Struer and Lyngby and Sofia. Additionally, you will interact with managers at all levels as you support them in hiring the best talent from Director to Student Assistant positions.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
