Organizational Set-up:
The Global Talent Center of Excellence (CoE) in Group HR enables the organization with global solutions and processes, ensuring focus, alignment and coherence on Talent topics that make Danfoss a great place to work.

Our team of Talent experts specializes in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Graduate Programs, Inclusion, Engagement, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Growth Mindset and Succession. Our Student Workers bring valued perspective to our team and have opportunities for personal growth and development via exposure to priority HR initiatives and projects.

Location: Copenhagen or Nordborg, Denmark.

Start Date: June

Job Responsibilities
As Student Worker – Global Talent Programs, you will support our team by:

· Creating presentations and training material

· Updating process documents

· Developing internal communications and maintaining SharePoint content

· Supporting event organization

· Managing user administration for external software applications

Your student worker contract of maximum of 20 hours per week offers flexibility to combine your studies with the possibility to gain practical experience and real-world insights.

Background & Skills
For this position, you are ideally enrolled in a degree program in marketing, humanities, or social sciences, and seek to acquire hands-on experience in the domain of human resources.

Additionally, we would like to see:

· Interest in working in an international environment

· Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team

· Reliable, adaptable and organized

· Strong communication abilities, especially in English language

· Experience in graphic design is advantageous, though not required
