Senior Business Analyst (Investment Tax) to Wealth Planning & Investments Tribe

Would you like to take part in the development and drive for new Investment Tax solutions? Do you have the detailed eye and specialist mindset required working in Squad being responsible for creating advanced Investment Tax, Pension, Investment Savings and Insurance products in a new modern mobile and advisor platform.

About the role
As a member of the Wealth Planning & Investments Tribe, your role is to drive customer journeys in Investment Tax and Pension offerings in close collaboration with Product Owner, development team and Tax specialists. You will join a dedicated squad, working in a truly agile environment with high flexibility. As a senior Business Analyst (Business Functional Specialist), you are an integral part of a cross-functional squad, consisting of software engineers, business analysts and Product Owner.

Who we’re looking for
As a Business Functional Specialist your primary focus will be to develop new Investment Tax, Pension and insurance solutions and take ownerships of these. You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in your new job and you have the chance to navigate seamlessly between Business, The Tribe, plus a great variety of stakeholders.

You are a team-oriented person, committed to and accountable for squad deliveries and end results, but are also able to drive complex business analysis on your own. You value knowledge sharing and continuous learning, while having a customer-oriented mind-set, always keeping the customer’s best interest at heart.

We hope you bring

• MSc in Economics and Business Administration - Finance and Investments or similar
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience as an advisor, business analyst, project manager or have experience from working with investment tax related topics
• Positive approach to change and the ability to influence others
• Experience with agile ways of working methodology
• Ability to thrive in a team-centric environment responsible for key deliveries
• A very good understanding of the investment domain
