About the Workflow Enablement Tribe
Workflow Enablement is a newly established Tribe that needs an experienced Tribe Architect to design the enterprise workflow orchestration capabilities, ensuring the evolution of our business processes and workflows. This tribe will provide a workflow orchestration platform and user facing solutions to manage, automate and simplify processes. The goal is to optimize our value chain and create lasting customer and employee impact.

As this is a new tribe, you will closely collaborate with a Tribe Lead and IT Lead, to refine the bank’s strategy regarding workflow capabilities and process optimization. Shaping the bank’s future operating model together with stakeholders from across the group.

The tribe is composed of approximately 100 employees working in 9 Squads across 4 locations (Denmark, Lithuania, Finland, and India). You will have HR responsibility 5 to 10 European based solution architects.

About the Tribe Architect Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution/Enterprise Architect that can encompass the architectural scope of the workflow domain and represent the tribe as a whole. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing our technology strategy. You will collaborate with other architects and cross-functional squads to design and develop the workflow platform, services and applications ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

We are looking for someone with an architectural design background, who is an excellent communicator and find motivation in collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders - translating business needs and requirements into healthy, simple and maintainable solutions.

Tribe Architect Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the architecture strategy, including defining technology standards and best practices.
• Solution Design: Create and document detailed architecture designs, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our IT landscape.
• Governance: Define and enforce architecture governance processes and standards.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to solution architects ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of architecture designs and changes.
• Legacy Transformation: Drive the digital transformation to transform the scope of legacy solution into the target architecture, harmonizing our system portfolio
• Communication: Creation of simple and clear visualizations that facilitate the communication of the domain complexity to everyone - management, business and technical colleagues

What competencies are we looking for?

• You hold a bachelor/master's degree in computer science or similar
• 8+ years of proven experience as an architect (solution/enterprise experience)
• Knowledge and experience with Architectural Design and Modelling, Domain Driven Design & Design Patterns
• You are curious by nature and willing to learn and evolve personally and professionally
• You are able to solve, and explain how to solve, problems in a simple way
• You are a leader, taking responsibility for finding the right solutions, ensuring quality and making sensible decisions
• You have an interest in networking and communicating with all levels of our organisation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
