About the project and your role
You will be part of our Aarsleff division, which specializes in large-scale international infrastructure projects.
Masthugskajen is a modern urban development project along the Göta älv, where we are constructing sustainable concrete and structural frameworks. As a Concrete Project Manager, you will play a key role in the project from the start to final delivery, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality go hand in hand.
Your main responsibilities:
- Leading concrete and structural works with a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovative solutions.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and local contractors in Gothenburg.
- Planning and optimizing production processes to ensure smooth execution in densely built environments.
- Ensuring high occupational health and safety standards while implementing modern digital tools such as VDC (Virtual Design and Construction).
- Ongoing follow-up on project economics and resource optimization.
- Being a visible leader on-site, fostering strong team spirit and effective collaboration with your colleagues on the project.
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge of concrete construction and the ability to manage complex urban development projects.
We imagine you have:
- A technical education in construction, such as civil engineer, building constructor, or similar.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in concrete projects.
- Experience with precast element assembly.
- Strong planning and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- A results-oriented mindset, ensuring an optimal balance between quality, budget, and deadlines.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Scandinavian language to effectively convey complex issues in a professional and straightforward manner.
