- take part in the mobilization of early-stage startups amongst DTU students.
- coach individual startups on a weekly basis to help them progress.
- together with the rest of the team, manage the diverse tasks that come up from day to day.
- occasionally take part in planned evening events
- evaluate and update program content on an ongoing basis.
We are looking for a new colleague with:
- qualified knowledge of entrepreneurship and tech startup needs.
- minimum three years of experience running an Incubator in a university environment.
- minimum five years of entrepreneurial founder experience, including product development.
- applied experience in designing and facilitating workshops for single teams and large groups.
- a proactive yet flexible approach to planning.
- a positive, outgoing nature with an interest in and ability to interact with younger people daily.
- a team player with a co-creating mindset.
- a flair for navigating the complex, sometimes unpredictable nature of startups.
- an ability to constructively interact with a large network of stakeholders in and outside of DTU.
- a relevant higher education (MSc degree level)
- professional fluency in English and Danish, oral and written.
