What We Offer
As a Front Desk & Facility Assistant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining an efficient, organized, and welcoming office environment. This full-time position involves coordinating flexible seating, managing office procedures, and providing top-notch service to employees and visitors. You'll be part of a collaborative Facility Management team dedicated to optimizing the workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various administrative tasks across departments, including office supply management, visitor reception, and employee assistance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment
- Oversee the flexible desking process and coordinate workspace allocation
- Assist with team seating arrangements and hot desking coordination
- Monitor occupancy data and generate reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to optimize office space and functionality
- Ensure workspaces, printers, and copy rooms are tidy and fully operational
- Provide reception coverage when needed, ensuring a warm welcome for guests
Who You Are:
We’re looking for a service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You have experience in the service industry or similar roles, and you take pride in delivering high-quality support with a positive attitude.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in both Danish and English (verbal and written) is required
- A strong sense of ownership and a proactive, structured approach to problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset to challenge and improve processes
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities
- A passion for providing exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere
