Our customers are primarily manufacturers of engines, exhaust gas cleaning systems, shipowners, and other operators of various larger vessels. The recent introduction of a new product and a sharply increasing order intake, coupled with a generally increased focus on pollution from ships, means that we are looking forward to a very exciting future
Job Responsibilities
The position is located at the Danfoss Campus in Kolding, in new and modern offices alongside other Danfoss businesses.
• Purchase requisitions
• Monitor material coverage
• Monitor supplier confirmations
• Contact to suppliers (delivery time changes, QTY, partial delivery, missing OC)
• Release order from MRP
• Release order to production
• Outbound delivery + shipment info
• Invoicing
• Point of contact with customers regarding shipping of orders
• Booking of freight
• Point of contact with sales team related to delivery time, change of orders, capacity planning
• Create return order
• Create credit note
Background & Skills
We are seeking someone with a strong background in supply chain management and logistics, ideally supported by a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. In this role, you will take charge of delivery performance, inventory management, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and support improved cash flow. Experience with SAP-Cloud (SAP S4/HANA) is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Great collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, both independently, in teams, and across different cultures.
• Ability to influence and develop the work processes to enhance our value creation for our customers.
• We value a motivated, analytical, and proactive colleague.
Fluency in Danish and English is required.
