Join Danfoss as a Supply Chain Specialist – Drive Fulfillment Excellence!

To support this mission, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who will play a key role in developing and implementing segmentation strategies while enhancing our inventory dashboards and fulfillment processes.

Job Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing global fulfillment processes and driving continuous improvement. Collaborating with local teams and global functions, you will help implement our supply chain strategy, leveraging your expertise in Anaplan, SAP, and data analytics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and enhance analytics capabilities.
• Drive segmentation rollout across CT sites, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
• Act as a superuser for Anaplan and SAP, providing guidance and expertise.
• Improve fulfillment processes to enhance on-time delivery and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate with distribution sites to monitor key performance metrics and drive improvement actions.
• Lead process maintenance initiatives, including regular meetings to refine segmentation and lead time management.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Plant Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to identify constraints and drive data-driven decisions.
• Utilize advanced data visualization tools (such as Power BI) to create insightful reports and dashboards.
• Serve as a bridge between IT, Shared Services, and the business, translating data into actionable insights.

Background & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in supply chain operations or fulfillment roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for data manipulation.
• Proficiency in Excel (including Power Query), SAP, SAP HANA, Anaplan, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across functions and global teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).
