Become a central part of Danfoss IXA as Finance Director
Are you ready to take the lead and make a difference in a dynamic and innovative company? Danfoss IXA is looking for a Finance Director to lead and develop our Finance and Supply Chain departments. As a member of the management team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the company's future.

About Us:
At Danfoss IXA, we develop, produce, and distribute advanced gas analyzers that measure emissions on ships worldwide using light. Our technology directly contributes to improving the environment by supporting both existing and future fuel types. Our products are developed, produced, tested, and exported from our state-of-the-art factory in Kolding, primarily to the Asian market. We have 30 employees and are growing both in revenue and profit.

Job Responsibilities
• Preparation of forecasts and budgets
• Monthly reporting to the Danfoss Group and Danfoss IXA management team
• Ongoing monitoring of key figures
• Preparation of board materials and participation in board meetings
• Annual accounts and audits
• Liquidity management
• Continuous improvement and collaboration with procurement, quality, and production

Your Opportunities:
• Strategic Influence: As Finance Director, you will play a key role in shaping the company's strategy and execution.
• Broad Responsibility: You will handle everything from forecasts and budgets to controlling, monthly reporting, and annual accounts.

Your Profile:
• Experience in accounting, controlling, and finance, preferably from a small or medium-sized manufacturing company
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and optimization, including quality management
• Preferably knowledge of SAP Cloud
• Education at least at the bachelor's level
• Ability to see and help draw the big lines and perspectives while also working with details and processes
• Solid English skills and fluent Danish
• Experience with and interest in employee development and collaboration
