As a Solutions Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and technology that powers our renewable energy assets, including offshore and onshore wind farms, solar plants, bioenergy facilities, battery storage, and Power-to-X solutions.
• As a Solutions Manager, you’ll lead the architecture discipline within our Production IT Infrastructure delivery organization. You’ll ensure the development and communication of a robust target architecture, supported by an up-to-date architectural runway and relevant artifacts. Your technical leadership will guide the current and future technology stack, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.You’ll operate in a global, matrixed organization, collaborating across cultures and time zones to drive a team of infrastructure architects. As a role model for architects and technical teams, you’ll foster consistency, quality, and innovation while maintaining a forward-looking perspective.

Opgaver

• Oversee the collective architecture discipline within Production IT Infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Develop and maintain an architectural runway, including relevant artifacts, and ensure they are communicated and understood across teams.
• Prioritize epic features and enablers, plan ceremonies, and manage resources and budgets effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Application Architects, Security Architects, and Infrastructure Architects to integrate company-wide architectures and resolve challenges.
• Drive the progression of agreed architectures and designs, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Lead and inspire a team of infrastructure architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Profil

• Extensive experience in developing architectures, guidelines, and designs for infrastructure technologies, both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Proven leadership experience managing programs, teams, or large-scale initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and Application Lifecycle Management methodologies.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and their integration into production environments is a plus.
