Would you like to play a pivotal role in a global company known for its optimistic, can-do spirit? Grundfos, a leader in advanced pump solutions and a trendsetter in water technology, is looking for a Manager for two departments: “PMO & Services” and “IC Test Engineering”. In total 15 direct reports. This position is based in our Group AME unit, and you will be part of a dynamic and diverse leadership team of Shared Technology Engineering (STE).

What is the job about?
As the R&D Manager for PMO and IC Test Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth. By guiding and empowering your team, you will ensure that their efforts align seamlessly with our overarching Group AME strategy. Your responsibilities will include setting clear priorities, offering thoughtful direction, and inspiring motivation among the people.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the performance and development of the PMO and IC Test Engineering departments.
• Execute management and leadership tasks linked to the role.
• Promote wellbeing and maintain an efficient, productive, and harmonious working environment.
• Select, train, and motivate the right mix of talents.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration and establish strong working relations.
• Define and negotiate opportunities to fulfill stakeholders’ resource needs.
• Drive operational and strategic activities across STE and Group AME.
• Ensure continuous improvement of STE processes and KPIs.

Your background:
We imagine that you have:

• A Master's degree or similar is preferable.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience within a mid-to-large technical organization.
• Experience working across organizational boundaries and production sites.
• Familiarity with IT systems for handling process documentation.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong virtual leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain and argue key purposes and benefits.
