Your role in our team
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our airport solution market within, Radars, and Critical Infrastructure, in our global market. As our new Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering surveillance solutions that address complex customer challenges within the airport segment, and you will play a central role in building strong relationships with end-users, System Integrator and design consultants to ensure our systems are specified in key projects.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

  • Solution Sales & Customer Engagement: Drive the full sales cycle—from initial contact to contract closure—by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions using our radar and sensor technologies
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with end-users, System Integrators (SIs), and Design Consultants, serving as a reliable advisor throughout the sales process
  • Market & Business Development: Identify new opportunities within the Airport segment, implement effective sales strategies, and conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competition
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong partnerships with SIs and Design Consultants to influence project specifications and ensure inclusion of our solutions in key bids and deployments
  • Regional Sales Focus: Develop and execute region-specific sales plans, addressing local security needs and challenges, with regular travel to strengthen relationships with clients and partners
  • Technical Acumen & Communication: Demonstrate a strong grasp of complex technologies and the ability to explain them clearly to a variety of stakeholders, ensuring solutions are well understood
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records, deliver reliable forecasts, and analyze performance data to optimize sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Additional European languages are highly desirable. Moreover, you have a willingness to travel within Europe and the world.

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study
  • Proven track record in solution sales, preferably within the airport industry. Moreover, you have experience working with critical infrastructure security, or air traffic management and strong understanding of radar technologies, and sensor applications
  • You have established network of contacts within the target market, including end-users, SIs, and design consultants.
  • You have established relationships with design consultant firms specializing in relevant sectors
  • You have experience in selling to government agencies and critical infrastructure operators
  • You have experience with surveillance radars

As a person, you are a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong technical foundation and a strategic approach to problem-solving. You are highly self-motivated and able to work independently. Moreover, you excel at communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way, and your strong presentation and negotiation skills support effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
