As our In-house Project Manager, you will take the lead on development projects that optimise operations and enhance the customer experience. You will work across departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and real results.

Your responsibilities and tasks:
In our Service Operations unit in Søborg, you will be part of a dedicated team of 15 colleagues – 7 of whom work at the office like you. We work at the core of GEA’s service business, handling everything from order execution and warehouse operations to freight booking and procurement coordination. Our work ensures that our customers get what they need – efficiently and reliably.

As our In-House Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving development and implementation of projects and business processes. – with the aim to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments. You will drive internal projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and securing sustainable solutions.

With a high degree of autonomy, you will take ownership of initiatives that make a real impact, when you among other things:

  • Implement new business models that supports the service business. E.g. Re-conditioning or repair programs
  • Collaborate with teams across shipping, supply chain, and technical functions to optimise workflows
  • Oversee the implementation of global initiatives, such as e-Catalogue and Circular Economy projects
  • Ensure alignment with stakeholders and managing change effectively across teams
  • Develop and maintain training materials and customer master data to support business growth.

Your profile and qualifications:
You are a self-driven and structured problem-solver with a talent for project coordination and stakeholder management. You work well unsupervised, take initiative, and enjoy collaborating across teams to make processes more efficient.

With your strong stakeholder management skills and analytical mindset, you translate strategic goals into practical solutions. You communicate clearly, stay focused on the bigger picture, and know how to push for progress while respecting the expertise of those around you.

Furthermore, we imagine that you bring:

  • Experience in project management, business processes, or operational improvements
  • Knowledge of change management and stakeholder management
  • Fluency in English – so you are comfortable communicating across different teams and cultures
  • Some years of relevant experience, giving you the confidence to take initiative and drive results
