Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Program Manager at UNI, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Denmark and other countries. Together, we work on the primary payment processing platform UNI Issuing.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Led and oversee the UNI program to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and manage the program roadmap, aligning milestones with organizational goals and priorities.
• Engage with senior leadership and executive committees (ExCo) to present program updates, progress, risks, and recommendations confidently and effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of program objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively while ensuring quality standards are met throughout the program lifecycle.
• Track program performance using appropriate tools and methodologies, ensuring documented results and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by fostering strong relationships and clear communication throughout the program lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to IT programs.

Here’s what we value:

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, with documented results in successfully delivering complex IT programs or projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-confidence to communicate clearly, present ideas, and influence decision-making at the executive level (ExCo).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent qualifications in program/project management.
• A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent education. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Bonus Skills:

• If you have experience from the Financial industry it will be considered a plus
