Job Description
At Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives, we are looking for a dynamic People Leader to join our Product Development Team at our Graasten site. You will focus on leading and developing the software colleagues, building a high-performing team capable of delivering on the business priorities.

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape a highly skilled, agile team where your leadership will empower your team members to drive excellence and ensure that the team’s objectives align with business goals. The teams are self-organized within the Scrum framework, with their tasks being defined at a high level by the (Technical) Product Owner(s).

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Team Empowerment: Equip team members with the necessary tools, skills, and methodologies to deliver functional excellence within the respective Scrum teams
• People Management: Evaluate and support team members' growth through feedback and coaching, working closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other leaders who provide feedback
• Foster Collaboration: Promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement, helping your team achieve top-tier performance
• Support Communities of Practice: Facilitate and support Communities of Practice (CoP), ensuring challenges are addressed and teams are empowered to solve issues independently.
• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning
• Agile Leadership: Lead by example in modeling agile principles and behaviors, fostering an agile mindset across the team
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other People Leaders and HR partners to drive team and organizational success
• Talent Development: Identify, develop, and attract top talent by collaborating with Talent Acquisition, universities, and external networks
• Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company’s employer brand and attracting talent in key areas of expertise.

Background & Skills

• A technical background with a strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs
• A passion for people development with substantial experience in mentoring, coaching, and growing talent
• Solid experience in leading high-performing teams and helping them reach their potential
• The ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans for team growth and capability development
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills to build effective relationships across functions
• A strong agile mindset with hands-on experience in working with Scrum teams or similar agile frameworks
• Fluency in written and spoken English
