Sales Coordinator, Bingen

You now have the chance to join our German team on our ambitious growth journey as we are searching for a Sales Coordinator based in Bingen.

As Sales Coordinator, your tasks will be varied, however, your main responsibilities are:

• Support the German sales team by handling inquiries and servicing primarily our German customer base but also our customers in Austria and Switzerland
• General sales administrative tasks such as registering and following up on customer orders in the ERP system, price agreements etc.
• Keeping the CRM system up to date

You will report to the Business Administrator Manager and you will be part of the global Sales Coordinator team consisting of colleagues in similar roles in locations around the world.

The ideal candidate
You are self-motivated with high energy and have an excellent ability to identify customer needs. With a background in order handling or customer service, you naturally solve problems effectively with a positive attitude. Your proactive and outgoing nature, combined with strong communication skills in German and English, is what characterises you.
