Senior Solution Engineer

We’re currently looking for an experienced Solution Engineer to join our ERP Center of Excellence – the team behind our global SAP landscape.

We’ve recently made the leap to SAP S/4HANA, and we’re now working on exciting, strategic projects to revitalize and future-proof our SAP platform. This is where you may come in. You'll play a key role in unlocking new business opportunities, improving processes, and enhancing our Finance Applications portfolio.

You’ll be joining a international team and work closely with both internal colleagues and external IT partners across the business. Depending on your preferences you may join us in 3 locations: Kolding, Copenhagen or Warsaw

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take part in end-to-end IT projects – from idea to implementation
• Develop and improve our SAP-based ERP platform, especially within finance
• Identify and drive process improvements in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Configure and support SAP FICO components in a global landscape based on business requirements.
• Liaising with third party and IT suppliers on solution design in accordance with business requirements
• Support users by solving IT-related issues and answering system-related questions

What You Bring

You’re curious, proactive, and passionate about using technology to make a real difference in how we work. Whether you come from a similar in-house position or an IT consultancy, what matters most is your drive to learn and collaborate.

We’d love to see that you have:

• Experience working with SAP, especially in finance-related areas
• Knowledge on Configuration of SAP FICO modules in ECC or S4 based on business requirements is considered an advantage
• A structured and analytical approach to your work
• Strong collaboration and communication skills – you enjoy building relationships across teams and cultures
• An open and positive attitude – you’re a team player with a can-do mindset
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering great solutions
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with change management is a plus
• A good sense of humor is always more than welcome at VELUX!
