Why This Role is Right for You

As a Software Partnership Portfolio Manager, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in several Countries. Thus the location may be Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Frankfurt, Milan.
In this role you will be one of three founding members of the Growth Acceleration Program, working alongside the Program Head and Commercial Growth Leader. This role is critical for transforming how we engage with, extend and win ISV partnerships, creating a more cohesive and effective technical value proposition and solutions portfolio for integrated payments, while ensuring systematic state of the art technical solutions and scalability within the existing product offers.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product planning and execution.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands.
• Lead competitive analysis and benchmarking to maintain a competitive edge.
• Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders, including executives and team members.

Essential Qualifications

• Master´s degree in Business, Software Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in product strategy, product management in the software industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with market research and data analysis tools.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
