Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Product Manager in the Card Life Cycle Management (LCM) team, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Copenhagen and near shore.

Together, we work on a portfolio of Card Life Cycle Management services to Issuers, Acquirers, and Merchants.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Define and own the end-to-end commercial strategy for our LCM services.
• Develop pricing models and value propositions aligned with market trends and customer segments.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Owners, and IT Development teams to align product capabilities with technical feasibility and security requirements.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support go-to-market planning and product adoption.
• Monitor product financial performance (P&L, revenue, margins, ROI) and drive data-driven improvements.
• Manage product roadmap and lifecycle, including versioning, upgrades, and sunsetting.
• Identify monetisation opportunities through new functionality, partnerships, or platform enhancements.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements in partnership with development teams.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience working with agile development teams and MicroServices environments.
• Familiarity with financial IT standards (e.g., ISO 2002,2, ISO 8583, and API based services).
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and justify product investments through detailed commercial modeling, ROI analysis, and market opportunity assessment.
• Experience managing a product’s financial performance, optimizing profitability, and making decisions based on revenue and cost levers.
• Strong listening and empathy skills to understand end-user pain points and translate them into product value.
