As a Senior IT-Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in our organization, responsible for the development, configuration and installation of IT-infrastructure solutions. Success in this position involves ensuring the successful implementation of infrastructure projects, adherence to architectural standards, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Expert in infrastructure development and analysis
We are a global organization, but you will be working from our office in Aarhus and be part of our Customer IT-Infrastructure Solutions (CITIS). Here, your responsibility will be:

• Lead a small group of infrastructure specialists to ensure proper implementation of critical IT-infrastructure solutions to our customers by specifying, estimating, planning, configurating, installing and testing
• Continuously improve implementation methods, focusing on quality and speed.
• Actively participate in performing peer reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, by taking responsibility for building quality into modules and components for future reuse.

You will serve as a role model within the organization, demonstrating qualities such as ownership, openness to change, trust, respect, and fairness, while also mentoring and training junior colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Experienced IT-infrastructure professional
You bring a solid experience within IT-infrastructure development and configuration and have a proven track record in leading small teams to success. Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Have a relevant education within computer science or similar experience
• Possess experience from a larger enterprise or as an external consultant working with business-critical IT-infrastructure
• Preferably international experience, but not a requirement
• You have relevant certification within e.g. Windows, Linux, Cisco and security areas
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
