To further expand and strengthen our team in Airport Automation we are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. You become part of a team dedicated to working with our CrisBag system for some of the world's largest airports. Together with the team, you’ll bring tomorrow’s automation solutions to life with immediate access to our in-house test center for prototyping, simulation, and validation.

Play a crucial part in developing cutting-edge technology for project delivery
You take part in all the project phases, from specifications trough PLC programming, design, testing and commissioning. Your tasks include but are not limited to:

• Developing PLC code for modules, elements, and specific solutions in our baggage handling system
• Defining the best solutions for specific projects
• Commissioning your PLC code in projects worldwide as well as testing your solutions virtually or at our test center
• Reviewing layouts and solutions early in the process to secure the long-term success of our projects
• Participating in the documentation of our solutions

Skilled Automation Engineer
We appreciate an inclusive mindset and the desire to be a part of a highly dedicated team, driven by the technology and world class products. We value curiosity, practical creativity, and engineers who think beyond code to create the best solutions. Preferably you have some years of experience with developing PLC code for project-based machines. Moreover, you:

• Have experience in Siemens TIA
• Have experience with STL (Statement list) and SCL (Structured Control Language)
• Have experience within object-oriented programming
• Speak and write English fluently
