Process Manager, ERP

Are you our next pioneer?
As Process Manager, ERP, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvement initiatives within your appointed area. You will work closely with process owners and cross-functional teams such as Finance, Logistic, and Customer Service among other teams, to ensure alignment, compliance, and efficiency across our operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading process improvement projects and identifying areas for optimization
• Designing and implementing new processes to increase productivity and ensure compliance with Bavarian Nordic standards
• Acting as process owner for relevant ERP processes, including documentation, training, and user support
• Defining and executing user acceptance and performance qualification test strategies
• Supporting Super Users and end-users through training, documentation, and testing activities

About you
We are looking for a proactive and communicative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently. To succeed in the role, we expect you to bring:

• A BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong understanding of business processes in Customer Service, Logistics, or Warehouse operations
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Boost our team
You will join a dedicated ERP team consisting of two Process Managers and one Team Manager. The team is based in Kvistgaard, and you will report to the Senior Process Manager, ERP.

The team is part of the Global Supply Chain organization, which includes more than 90 colleagues based in both Denmark and Switzerland.

You should be willing to travel internationally approximately 30%.
