As part of GlobalConnect Marketing Digital Growth you will spend your time on everything from lead generation optimization and data management to website design and campaign insights.

In this role you can be in one of our headquarters in Copenhagen or Oslo.

Our Digital Growth team works across Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Germany to help the marketing engine run smarter, faster, and more efficiently. This role is at the heart of that—bringing structure and insight to how we work and helping us continually improve the performance of our marketing activities. On a normal day, you may be the:
Data Detective: You will analyze marketing results from campaigns across digital and analogue channels. Your responsibilities encompass the assessment of these activities' efficiency with a focus on target tracking and the generation of better results.

Insights Guru: You will provide the team with actionable insights to guide data-driven strategic decisions. You will dive deep into users, traffic sources, behavior, conversions, and other data points to provide a solid data foundation.

Report Wizard: You will create detailed, well-presented, and crystal-clear reports on KPI’s and campaigns, ensuring we always know our position.

Optimization Explorer: In collaboration with Head of Digital Growth, you will utilize your data insight and curiosity to find new ways to optimize existing performance.

Project Sidekick: Assist the Head of Marketing Operations with project management in exciting new initiatives.

A/B Campaign Tester: Assist both the Campaign team and the Inbound team with A/B tests and evaluation of design and content.

What about you?
We are looking for a person who is curious, enjoys digging into complex data, and unearths insights to inform marketing and campaign strategies. Thriving in a setting where you handle tasks and projects without constant guidance and staying motivated is essential.

In your role as a marketing generalist, you're well-versed in data analytics and equally motivated to investigate the diverse elements that the marketing domain offers, always keen to gain insight and encounter fresh ideas. It’s important to engage in positive relationship-building with both internal team members and external collaborators. Being detail-oriented is crucial, with a natural eye for details and a proficiency in sharing observations and learnings with your team.

We believe you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, marketing performance optimization or a similar role.
• Able to extract actionable insights from data to formulate strategies.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, including PPC, SEO, SEM and social media advertising.
