In this role you will be part of a growing team of passionate tech savvy people, who are all eager to improve the inner workings of the business through various technical and IT tools of different scales. Here you can combine your interest in business processes and your ability to reinforce our internal setup by building system features that enable colleagues in operations to improve efficiency and quality of their work. Furthermore, you will be collaborating with various internal stakeholders in Operations and Client Services as well as product owners and analysts for different solutions across the business to ensure end-to-end delivery of new functionalities.

• Support on ad hoc requests for other technical solutions

• Challenge existing business processes

Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and experience from a similar role where you have gained solid experience in .Net/C# and SQL, which is essential to succeed in this role. While not required, it would be beneficial if you have experience with DevOps tools, Azure, and familiarity with Kubernetes.

The ideal candidate is dependable, approachable, self-driven, proactive and confident in collaborating with colleagues and internal customers—while also constructively challenging ideas to drive the best solutions. Additionally, you also enjoy and thrive in working in the area between technology and business processes. You should be able to understand business processes, developing a clear end-to-end view of what is being done, why it matters, and how you can help improve it.
