The Role
As an Assistant Consultant you’ll be part of a team of sharp consultants and project managers who together are responsible for advising major Danish and international brands on strategy and marketing.

This isn’t a coffee-run type of student job. From day one, you’ll get your hands dirty with real client work — research, insights, analysis, concept development, presentation building — all while learning the ropes of consulting at one of Northern Europe’s leading strategic agencies.

We believe in learning by doing, so get ready for a steep but exciting learning curve. If you’ve got the drive and the talent, we’ll help shape you into the consultant who leads clients and lands projects down the line.

Expected workload: 20 hours/week – flexible around your studies.

About You
You’re either finishing your bachelor’s or just starting your master’s in a field like business, marketing, strategy, economics, or international management — and you:

• Are genuinely curious about branding, strategy, and the business of marketing
• Love solving problems and can think analytically (and clearly)
• Can turn insights into compelling PowerPoint stories
• Thrive in fast-moving environments and keep your cool under pressure
• Speak and write great English
• And most importantly — you’re eager to learn and ready to grow
