Project Coordinator - Retrofit Project Execution

You will play an important role in:
The role as a Project Coordinator for logistics (inbound/outbound) and document control is crucial to the project management, as it enables a successful delivery to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated colleague who fosters a collaborative team environment.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks as part of our order handling team:

By this, you will

• Be part of the project groups, being the single point of contact for contractual and logistic-related matters
• Be responsible for order creation based on contractual input
• Be monitoring and coordinating timely goods receipt in the warehouse & decision making to utilize parts from Safety Stock
• Outbound parts to the Assembly Workshop & and the Customer according to Milestone plan
• Organize, archive and follow-up on project documents
• Actively work on process and tool improvements to improve/create transparency in the projects

We imagine that you:
We do not necessarily expect many years of experience, although, proficiency in SAP is a mandatory qualification. Your understanding of the importance of planning and timely execution of tasks is more important than your educational background. We are looking for a colleague who is structured, self-driven and enjoys being part of bigger project teams.

• You have excellent communication skills
• You are result-orientated, and have a strong attention to details
• You are able to respond effectively to a variety of situations and to shifting priorities
• It is beneficial if you have previous experience in logistics and supply chain

Welcome to the Project Execution Order Handling Team
You will be part of our Project Execution team located in Copenhagen. Our team is responsible for executing marine engine fuel conversion projects and pumping skids from contract signing through design, supervising the assemble works, test and commissioning and finally system delivery to customer and claims handling.

As face to the customer, we take great pride in being the link from the market to the whole company and seeing projects being accomplished through team work.
