At DSV, we’re on a mission to centralise and automate our standardised white-collar business processes across our global Road division - and we’re looking for a dynamic CBO Project Manager (E2E) to make it happen.

Your mission
As our CBO Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our global automation and centralisation initiatives. This role is crucial to ensure that this work is done efficiently and with a clear ownership of our key administrative processes, ensuring they run smoothly, cost-effectively, and at the highest quality level across our global regions.

At DSV, you will join our newly established group function called Centralised Business Operations (CBO) under our DSV Road COO divisional domain. Here you will report to our Vice President for CBO Road.

Working from our DSV HQ in Hedehusene, Denmark, (most preferred job location) you will be part of an exciting international, innovative and fast paced working environment.

The vision of the CBO department is to streamline DSV Road business processes by “gaining muscle, not fat”, i.e., to deliver competitive centralisation and automation solutions to all standard white-collar processes, based on a high service level combined with attractive cost levels.

Our mission and mandate are to continuously challenge and drive transformation of our Road business and how we operate on core processes globally.

What does the role involve and what are we looking for
This job role requires a profile with evident experiences from driving business process optimizations and taking strong ownership for the methodological approaches in bigger organisations. As you will be end-2-end responsible for the key administrative processes in DSV Road – you will start with identifying eligible processes, adjust them where needed, manage the transition to our central DSV Global Business Services unit (GBS), and drive the automation of processes where required. Moreover, you will ensure the process performance management and the continuous execution improvements where needed.

This will require a high level of professionalism and the ability to capture and understand new processes, their specific circumstances and engage with these stakeholders.

All of this require a natural interest and understanding of business process work and a natural high sense of ownership/drive to establish and ensure adherence to methods.

What you’ll do

  • Lead global projects to centralise and automate white-collar admin processes.
  • Act as the single point of contact for GBS, managing performance and driving improvements.
  • Challenge the status quo—elevate processes to become our global standards.
  • Collaborate across global regions, clusters, Road PDD unit (Processes, Data and Digitalisation), and GBS to align, formalise and execute efforts.
  • Continuously improve processes through smart automation and pragmatic redesign.

  • (Bonus) Deep understanding of white-collar admin processes (e.g., order data management, customer service, invoicing, settlements, etc.).

You’ll join our newly established CBO Road department on divisional level that is currently being build up and eventually to include 5-8 colleagues (constantly growing with the number of processes that will be centralised or automated on global level)
