Business Analyst to Germany

At NNIT you’ll be part of a highly skilled team who are passionate about consulting and life science. Together we enable life science companies to succeed with their critical transformation programs. We strive to guide our clients safely through their IT changes within their R&D, clinical, medical, quality or regulatory areas, and we have a strong pipeline of exciting projects in front of us.

Great opportunity for personal growth
Our life science advisory team drives engagements at some of the largest life science companies in the world. We work with IT solutions and the required organizational set up that can support our clients in solving complex business issues through their entire value chain.

You will primarily work directly with our clients’ organization. In the role as business analyst consultant you will typically drive various analytic tasks, contribute with your project management skills and be engaged in application analysis, business case creation, solution specifications, data model definition, process definitions, user training or other solution implementation activities.

You will interact closely with our engagement leads and client representatives, and you will be involved in discussions and presentations relating to both specific engagements as well as opportunities for further client engagements.

This role is a unique opportunity for you to make an impact on the world’s leading life science companies.

Your qualifications and experience
We look for candidates that excel in solving problems by applying the right combination of logical reasoning and creative thinking. Successful candidates will be characterized by:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record from engagements within life science
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to participate in growing an ambitious IT company together with a team of likeminded colleagues
  • Strong drive and passion for life science

You have 2-3 years or more relevant life science experience – ideally from one of the bigger IT consultancies or working in the life science industry.

Being proactive and taking initiatives in a convincing way come naturally to you as well as your ability to go the extra mile when required.

You are able to communicate effortlessly both in writing and presenting; fluency in English is mandatory just as a high level of German language skills is required.

You will join a fast-growing company
NNIT was born of life sciences. We grew into IT. Today, we work with a large portfolio of life science clients as a trusted provider of regulated IT. You’ll have the opportunity to make your mark on some of the most challenging projects in the industry, and you will be operating in a sweet spot where life science domain experts, IT specialists and management consultants meet and amplify each other’s strengths. Our winning team culture is dynamic and alive and encourages room for independent thinking and individual responsibility.

Our German organization is part of a very international environment with colleagues in Switzerland, Denmark, Great Britain and the US. With nearly 20 different nationalities, we collaborate across borders using the expert knowledge from highly skilled and great colleagues. This is how we create a close relationship and partnership with customers in a joint focus on delivering high quality solutions.
