As a team, we develop strategies for software engineers globally to ensure that our developers are well equipped to develop cutting edge solutions to difficult problems.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing the technical competence of the people you lead
  • mentoring people to progress in their career in a global team
  • developing technical processes around the development of people in software engineering.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a technical person with people leadership experience
  • have previous programming experience, especially in .NET
  • have an agile mindset, leading and navigating in a complex, matrix organisation
  • are able to manage a wide range of stakeholders.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
