Your responsibilities as Team Leader for the Service Support
As a Team Leader of the Service Support team at NNIT Czech Republic in Prague you will be responsible for people management in all aspects from day to day management, career planning, performance management as well as scaling the organization when it is growing. You will also be responsible for leading according to NNIT’s leadership principles (Involve, Inspire, Lead) as well as having overall responsibility for quality level in all deliveries and follow up on quality issues.
Besides all above, you will be working in global matrix organization, possessing the ability to gain respect from across the organization and being able to demonstrate business results, where high level of independence & individual initiative combined with a high degree of personal drive to ensure market share and development of NNIT’s business with the customer is expected.
Service Support Center in NNIT Prague
The Service Support Centre unit in Prague is a newly established unit with more than 80 passionate employees within 5 smaller units including one Director and five Team Leaders. The plan is to grow the area significantly over the coming years and build up strong multi-lingual teams, supporting customers in various languages such as Danish, Swedish, Finish, German, Turkish, Italian, French, Polish, Dutch & English
You will report to the Director of the Service Support Center in Prague and you will also have close cooperation with management team in Denmark. Currently, our global Service Support Centre consists of more than 100 skilled colleagues.
Your qualifications and experience
As a Team Leader within Service Support Centre unit in Prague you are perceived as being outgoing and able to work independently and drive the business in the right direction even when you meet obstacles. You are flexible and take initiative to secure you meet your results and have preferably already proven this in previous positions. You are an experienced person in people management, who is able to motivate and develop your team. You are able to work and collaborate in a global environment.
Further we expect:
• Minimum secondary education
• Minimum 4 years professional work experience within the IT industry on a direct team management position - preferable from an IT service provider vendor in a Customer Support Center/Service Desk
• Strong people management skills
• Positive attitude including high motivation skills
• Strong business understanding of Service Desk environment /KPIs, SLA, dynamic flow & interaction with the global colleagues during daily operations/
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding what it means to work in an international environment with different cultures
• Fluent English (written/spoken)
• General overview of IT technologies
