Your responsibilities as Line Manager
As a Line Manager for our integrated Desktop Management Team you will be responsible for people management in all aspects. From day to day management, career planning, performance management as well as scaling the organization when it is growing.
Furthermore you will lead the integrated team locally and participate in the development of the global organization. You will work closely with other managers around the globe and take part in the future setup of the area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- People and team management
- Organizational Change Management
- Development and integration of global teams
- Drive Continual Improvement - In co-operation with stakeholders and your team
- KPI measurement
- Budget planning
- Customer meetings and follow-up
Your qualifications and experience
As Line Manager you are perceived as being outgoing and able to work independently and drive the business in the right direction - even when you meet obstacles.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a good mixture of technical expertise and a commercial focus combined with solid people management skills as well as knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management.
You probably have a technical background and hold a degree within IT or you have a longer non-IT education combined with hands-on IT knowledge. You have a good understanding of the set of IT services that NNIT provides as well as the IT infrastructure technologies that supports and enables our services.
You should be confident in communicating with both colleagues and customers – and as we work across regions it is essential that you are able to act in an international environment. You must be fluent in Danish and English.
