Hvordan forløber et typisk rekrutteringsforløb?
1. We receive the application and confirm the registration.
2. Just after the application deadline we invite a small group of applicants to a first interview. All who are not invited receive a thank you mail with a polite rejection.
3. At the first interview the manager will tell more about the job and will also ask a number of questions in relation to the application.
4. After having finished all first interviews we invite typically 2-4 applicants to a second interview. The applicants who are not invited will be informed.
5. At the second interview both the applicant and the manager will have the opportunity to expand on questions occurred including salary and benefits.
6. For manager and key employee positions the candidate must complete a test that will function as an interview tool.
7. After the second interviews the best suitable candidate will be presented with a contract. All other candidates will be informed.
Hvad kan en jobsøger forvente til jobsamtalen?
We will expand on the position, the responsibility in the job, the goals to reach, the department etc. We expect the candidate to engage in an open dialogue in regards to earlier employment, expectations, ambitions etc.
