Hvordan arbejder I med medarbejderudvikling?

All development is founded in an annual development review between the nearest manager and the employee. Among other things the review will try to explore your wishes and opportunities within our three main career paths: The Specialist, The Project Manager and The Manager.

As supplement we run a large number of development courses and programmes using both our own experts and external experts as teachers.

We cooperate with universities, business schools and consultants from all over the world.
