  • Hvad er de væsentligste udviklingstendenser og vækstområder for jeres virksomhed?

    SimCorp employs approx. 1,120 people across 25 nationalities and is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange, Copenhagen. Our revenue has grown exponentially the last 10 years and SimCorp generated a revenue of EUR 185m (DKK 1.4bn) in 2010. We expect to further develop our position in the US over the coming years. In 2009 have seen expansion of our US business, where particularly business with existing customers has increased significantly.

    On average employees spend more than 16 days annually on education and training activities, hereunder: financial courses; technical courses; personal skills; management courses; personal development courses; SimCorp Academy and certifications (basic & advanced).

    As newly hired employee in SimCorp you will go through an extensive introduction period, in addition to being provided with a tutor/mentor who follows you the first half to whole year. This gives you the opportunity to secure the know-how necessary to perform efficiently.

    Because our field of operation is within the financial sector, not many people besides our customers know what SimCorp is. Therefore we find we have to work a little harder at attracting graduates and candidates with IT and Financial competencies.

Rekruttering

  • Hvad kan en jobsøger forvente til jobsamtalen?

    Candidates can expect to be asked to go through their CV and talk about their competencies and how they believe they match the position in question. We will also be interested in hearing what has motivated the candidate to apply for a position at SimCorp.
  • Hvordan forløber et typisk rekrutteringsforløb?

    The candidates are screened by the manager who perform the 1. interview. The 1. interview is based on the job description and the competency profile.

    The Line Manager chooses the candidates that are to be called in for a 2. interview. These candidates are asked to answer a personality profile. The 2. interview is conducted by the Line Manager and a HR Consultant (who gives the candidate feedback on the personality profile).

    The right candidate for the job receives a contract.
