We do not operate with Graduate programs in SimCorp, but we do have a very formalised introduction period, which will ensure a smooth transition and introduction to working at SimCorp.

When you join SimCorp, a thorough introduction programme is ready for you! The vast majority of our new colleagues join the SimCorp Academy – a 3-week professional, in-depth introduction to our product, SimCorp Dimension.

Following SimCorp Academy you continue your introduction, in your local unit, with on-the-job training and relevant courses. In addition a toutor, who is an experienced colleague, will follow you the first 6-12 months of your employment.
