DONG Energy Graduate Programme is a high potential rotation programme for newly graduated candidates.

The programme offers the participants a unique opportunity to test professional competencies on specific projects and problems in different parts of DONG Energy and to further develop both professional and personal competencies.

The programme is designed to suit the technical skills, competencies and personal goals of the individual participant as well as business needs. Next opportunity for participating in this programme as a new graduate will be September 2012. The recruiting campaign begins each year in February.
